Scandinavian XPO is located next to the largest airport in the Nordic region, Arlanda, which makes it the ideal place for all manner of fairs, events, meetings, galas, conferences, congresses and musical events. We are responsible for catering at all events at Scandinavian XPO. We help to create the atmosphere and feeling that you want for your event. Thanks to our flexible venues, there’s essentially nothing we can’t do!
Rows of tables, round tables, bar tables. An informal gathering, a grab & go lunch, a sit-down dinner. Pre-dinner drinks in one area, dinner in another, and coffee afterwards in a third. A new meeting place
We are proud to be responsible for catering at Sweden’s new event destination covering more than 40,000 m², which includes three exhibition halls, relaxed lounge areas, hotels, event spaces and conference rooms. The conference facilities comprise 15 or so conference rooms and two larger rooms. These are decorated in soft colours and offer the latest in meeting technology.
Generously proportioned communal areas provide ample scope for both large and small gatherings, with a variety of configurations possible. The Skybox offers a wealth of possibilities for unique informal gatherings or dinners, with the airport’s lights and activities as a striking backdrop.
